In addition to keeping clients’ marketing and communications in tip-top shape, Agro Mavens founder Adrian Bell wears another hat – he’s an elected officer of the International Federation of Agricultural Journalists.

IFAJ, founded in 1956, is the only global organisation representing agricultural journalists and communicators. Its membership extends to 56 countries, comprising nearly 5,000 individual members from Australia to Zambia. Serving as Treasurer – one of four Presidium members – since 2015, Adrian’s responsible for the smooth financial management of IFAJ and works closely with our global sponsors to deliver key programmes supporting IFAJ objectives.

One of those global partners is Alltech, whose ONE Conference returned to Lexington, KY, in 2022 after a three-year hiatus. Together with IFAJ member agricultural journalists from around the world, the IFAJ Presidium was also in attendance – and recorded this interview, featuring vice-president Steve Werblow, secretary-general Addy Rosso, and Adrian, with AgWired’s Chuck Zimmerman.
